Guruaama is an AI-powered learning platform operated by Jojolapa Tech. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using Guruaama, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you register or sign in (including Google or Facebook if you choose social login).

Learning activity such as courses viewed, progress, achievements, and interactions with the AI tutor.

Technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies used to keep you signed in and secure the platform.

Support messages you send through Contact Us or email.

Provide and improve learning features, personalization, and AI tutoring.

Authenticate you, maintain your session, and protect against fraud or abuse.

Communicate service updates, security notices, and responses to support requests.

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with trusted infrastructure and authentication providers (for example cloud hosting, OAuth providers) strictly to operate the service.

We retain account and learning data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

When you delete your account, we deactivate access, revoke sessions, and anonymize personal identifiers such as email and profile details. Some records may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You can update profile details from Dashboard → Profile.

You can request account deletion from this Privacy Policy page (#delete-account below) or Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account. Local-password accounts require your current password to verify the request.

Deletion requests are reviewed by a platform administrator. Once approved, we deactivate access, revoke sessions, and anonymize personal identifiers. Until then, you may continue using Guruaama.
