Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform, other users, or AI features.

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

AI tutor responses are provided for educational assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for verifying important information and using your own judgment.

Guruaama does not guarantee outcomes from courses, assessments, or AI guidance.

You may stop using Guruaama at any time and delete your account from Settings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and governing law) will survive.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Jojolapa Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
